3 pentalIS701R tabs are not working ang not opening pantel technology pvt. ltd, pentalIS701R TABS THROUGH www.snapdeal.com Complaint

Sir, I am velaga veerabhadra rao ordered 2 pentalIS701R TABS WITH ORDER NO : 633577606. we received two pentaIS701R tablets (white) through on 11-7-2012 with IMEI numbers:701R2212-0000012523 and 701R2212-0000012524 through bluedart.both of them are defected .There tabs invoice nos are :323143 and 323180 respectivelyBut they are not working. one of them opened and not connecting to internet(IDEA GSM HUAWEI E1732 MODEM) .on 14-07-2012, i went to your snapdeal vijayawada branch.But i didnot find the office.Please replace our penta tabs as soon as possible. I booked another two tabs from you.BECAUSE OF THESE TWO DEFECTED TABS,I REJECTED NEXT ORDER.Please guide us how ot send back these defected 2 tabs to you and how to replace them.ARE THERE PANTEL TAB SERVICE CENTRES AT VIJAYAWADA ?....WE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICES...PLEASE REPLACE OUR DEFECTED TABS AND SEND GOOD WORKING TABS OR REFUND OUR MONEY. PREVIOUSLY I ORDERED AND RECEIVED ONE PANTEL TAB ON 4-6-2012 WITH ORDER NO : 57767015 AND INVOICE NO: 109003. That tab also not opening .pental tabs received from you are not working. You are sending defected tabs .please replace these 3 tabs.otherwise we go to consumer court .PLEASE DON`T DAMAGE YOUR NAME AND FAME...I WILL INCLUDE BLUEDART SERVICES ALSO IN THIS ISSUE FOR SUPPLYING SUCH DEFECTED TABS FROM PANTEL TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD...EXPECTING QUICK REPLY FROM YOU .......VELAGA VEERABHADRARAO,9866001105
