Broken sofa table and rusted dining chairs from ModFurn Modfurn, SofaSet Complaint

Sir/Madam,
A month ago i bought a SofaSet with sofa table, centre table and a dinning table (6 seater) from Modfurn, Baghajatin ..the order no being SRJ 12/6/131

During the time of delivery i noticed that the sofa table was broken and its glass top was also broken.
In addition, one of the dinning chairs was rusted and paint was coming out. Another dinning chair was also having dispute.

I have called them several times during this time and till now they have only replaced the glass top of the sofa table.

Every day, i call the representative tells that the items would be replaced today, but nothing seems to happen.

They are neither replacing the sofa table nor the 2 disputed dinning table chairs.

I am very much fedup with Modfurn and wish i could get the proper items in good condition for which i have paid. I feel cheated.

Please take steps so that Modfurn take immediate steps and replace my items. Also they should get stern ultimatum so that they cant cheat any other customer in this way.
