Car Repair Orchid Ford Bypass Road Meerut, Ford Icon Complaint

Dear sir,
I had my Ford Icon car no. UP 15 AL 5355 parked in Orchid Ford Meerut workshop on 3rd June after a minor accident. the car has been insured Cashless by the agency operating in the Orchid Car office itself.I had been told that Cashless scheme means that I will not be paying anything to the company but the Insurance people will take care of expenses on car in case of accident. I was told that he car will be OK by next three four days. But even after one month there was no response. I had to take a taxi almost every day for my own works costing me Rs.1500 each day and thereby incurring a loss os Rs. 45000/
Now after my repeated calls the agency (Orchid Ford) says that I have to pay a sum of Rs. 59000/- because there is some problem with the cashless scheme as told to them by some surveyor of the Insurance Company.
You will understand and appreciate that this is a very huge amount and I have been put to trouble by the local agency. Kindly intervene immediately and help me out otherwise I will have no option else to sue the Local agency in Consumer Forum.
Hope you will make required efforts in the right direction asap.
