charger dead Naptol bazzar and vox mobile companey, vox mobile from NAAPTOL Complaint

purchased a new vox mobile last week , now the charger is dead and no service center available as mentioned in service manual as provided by the company
i had occured a loss of around more than 10000 in my business due to this.
