Cheating goibibo.com, While booking Airline ticket Complaint

As i had booked the ticket of JET LITE when the price was Rs 3028+100 (Fee) and was getting a discount if the payment is made through ICICI and if the ticket is booked through sit www.goibibo.com for Rs 300/- by the promo code ICIGO600 offered by ICICI bank so the actual amount of the ticket should be Rs 2828 as was showing but to my surprise my account was debited to Rs 3501/-.
