i took the service of Agarwal movers and packers for shifting my scooty fom Delhi to bangaore and some damage was there they told that hey will refund my money after i will send them bill.But after 4 months also they did not refund my money.Please help

Here is the detail of the incident happened to me . On 25th October 2012 i lost my mobile while traveling in the bus .Same day I logged an FIR for the same in the local police station (MICO LAYOUT POLICE STATION , Bangalore). Then on 28th October I received a call on the same mobile no (as i have got same no issued by the help of the FIR ) and that person returned my mobile .So i went to police station and cancelled by FIR. Then on 6th Dec i gave my mobile to the Fine Fone Service Centre in Jayanagar to get it repaired as it was under warranty . They returned by mobile on 12th Dec .

Hi Sir,
I had purchased a watch (Seiko Japanese Company) at Ehos forum mall Bangalore.
The Solar watch did not work , I took it back to the shop and they said the watch was defective and asked me to wait till they got a new piece of the same model. After couple of days they got a different piece and now I am facing the same problem. They have taken the watch for observation , saying that they will charge it and see.

I had ordered a Sony Experia phone worth Rs 23899 from kaunsa.com.I didn't get it even after 1 month and when i asked for my money to be refunded they again asked for 10 more days.That time period is also completed and i still haven't got either my money or the phone.

The DTDC service sucks big time.This is fourth time we had such experience with this service.
Delivery is delayed beyond regular Postal service inspite of the service charges levied like any other competetor.
Agents are really reckless and are least bothered to deliver timely services...
Also they pay deaf ear to customers.The only thing they are good at is redirecting the delivery and sending it back to the source address.
The delivery agents are arrogant and not willing to go to the address if its interior to the main road.

Dear Sir,
I have a data card from Reliance. My billing cycle ends every month on 19th. My plan with Reliance is postpaid 5GB which has a rental of 600 per month and any additional usage over and above 5GB is chargeable @ Rs0.5 per MB.
