I ve a nissan DCI MICRA from 15th june 2011. On 7th May I found my AC is malfunctioning. I went to ur workshop ANANTA NISSAN, BHUBANESWAR,ODISHA on 8th may,ur people filled the ac gas and told me "ur car is ok now".Again the same problem occured on 11th may, this time I ve been clearly advised to keep the car at ur workshop, with a promise to repair it in a day or two.On 14th may, my car has been delivered to me at my residence, and the service personel assured me of trouble free service as they have repaired the leaking gas pipe line. Again the same problem occured today(20th may).

During payment i have used my ICICI debit card and also registered the purchase through Reliance one card no#6048 6310 4503 8299.
Purchase amount is Rs652/=
Money has been debited from my account and bill has not been obtained. Then i have been asked to pay the money for the same and lodge in the complaint ledger. I was told it will be settled with in week time. Based on the faith i did the same
After that i met several times for the same and matter remains unsolved.

I have received a RMA CN CERTIFICATE from F1 Info Solutions & Services Pvt. Ltd., Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar , after surrender my ASUS LAPTOP X53E DC 2GB 320 GB DOS.( Purchased from Ashribad computer & Services, Bhubaneswar).
As per instruction of F1 Info Solutions & Services Pvt. Ltd, I went to Ashribad computer & talked with Mr. Ritesh. He told me, you will get new unit Laptop from RASHI.

wat i knd of service sony is providing..really fad up with it...if u r providing gud phone also provide a better service man.....in service center there is nothng lik any response.....i was nt preferring to buyt a phone of sony only bcoz of dis reason n sony o proved it again...please sony all d directers if u are reading dis kindlly go to a nokia service care center and learn somethng 4m dem.n put all ur staffz under the trannng of nokia service care center how to deal a client.the worst service center.if i said sumthng wrong den sorry 4 dis.bt suggestng u to improve ur service if u wann a
