GEAR BOX Problem in New CAR on the day of purchase. CAR REGISTRATION NO UP 14 BS 3069, Chassis No C6D83770, Engine No: HJC4D26687 Purchase From Shiva Autocars India Pvt Limited, Lohia Nagar Ghaziabad in the month of july 2012.

purchased a new vox mobile last week , now the charger is dead and no service center available as mentioned in service manual as provided by the company
i had occured a loss of around more than 10000 in my business due to this.

I had purchased a mobile phone in Sep 2011. Unfortunately lost the bill. Now the set needs major repair worth Rs.8110 under warranty. Then I visited Reliance digital store Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, for a duplicate bill. They dont have bill records for more than 6 months. I contacted corporate customer support at reliance [email protected]..there is no response from them for more than 10 days now...

I sent the following email to [email protected] on 6th of July, 2012. There has been no call-back or any semblance of support whatsoever. The customer care is very lackluster and it clearly reflects the Orient Fans company's policy towards its customers. WHich is sell and forget it. Let the customers be at the mercy of their luck.

I baught a 25 L water gyser ( BAJAJ Shakti) from Hari palace vaishali ghaziabad, but we faced regular problem in it and it has already been repared 2-3 times form BAJAJ sercive engineers.
Now i again faced issue of tank lekage in it , though it is in 5 yrs warrenty but it may cause harm to family as whenever there is any issue we got electric shocks in whole bathroom.
I want to get it replaced it with new one.

NO ACTION ON MY COMPLAINT FROM 20.06.2012 TO TILL DATE.

Dear Sir, It is unfortunate that I had purchased a symphony Jumbo cooler on 30.5.21012 and there is defect in the functioning of fan. I had lodged several complaints no. KME-22F12028, KME 20F12018, KME21F12021. Yesterday on 22.6.2012 I had received a message from the company who had given me the number of Mr. Dalip Soni - Mobile no. 9212201458 but it is my fate that whenever I dare to call him either his mobile lying closed and if by the grace of god if it is get succeeded to contact him on hearing the complaints he used to stop responding me.

This is with reference to my complaint request KME-3D12005 which was filed on 3rd April. After that i received and SMS stating that Mr. Dalip Soni with Mobile number 9212201458 will contract me within next 24 Hours. As expected, just like any Indian Company, no call..... Later on following with concerned person (not to mention calling 10-15 times) someone visited my place on 8th April and then I received an sms next day stating "Your Service Request number ______ has been successfully resolved".

This is a very bad experience I have gone through for the first time in last 1 year of my online booking usage, I got my 2 tickets done on 01/06/2012 and tried doing payment by my HDFC credit card but the transcation was failed, again I tried and booked 2 tickets of Rowdy Rathore at PVR Mahagun,Ghaziabad for 09.55 pm show.
