I have bought IFB Elena in 2005. Machine was working fine till couple of years back. We got it checked from time to time. But last year, as we shifted to Gurgaon, Haryana, our troubles started. Over past year, in name of maintenance entire machine except for outer cabinet has been changed at a considerable cost. But still machine doesn't work properly.

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a Geysor Model No SWH25Ltr, Batch No 710. on 08/01/2011 in gurgaon.
Last year also, I've repaired the geysor from authorised service center in gurgaon. i.e. USHA service center, Railway Road, Gurgaon.
But now they are saying that they have quitted the service for Khaitan items.
Please let me know the authorised service center in gurgaon for Khaitan Geysor repair.

I had placed an order ID:110183743 on 3rd Dec and returned two items.They have sent a person to collect items on 16th Dec but didnt provided me refund amount of Rs.680 till now. They are saying cheque amount is deducted from their bank account which is not credit to my account and its a mistake from ICICI bank which is never possible.And still they are giving a reason that they are following up with a bank.
It was about a month that i am struggling making phone calls/emails to them and finally i decided to lodge a complaint with this forum

I have purchased a Salora Mobile handset SM501 from flipcart on 23rd July 2012. After 5 months it stopped working. I have tried to contact Salora, in its website http://www.salora.com/ in which I have provided the complete description of the problem and my contact details (Phone no as well as Email). Even they have not provided service center locations for Salora mobiles in its website. I never got reply from them in either way till now. When I tried to contact them using their customer care number, I found it to switch off.

hi my name is gaurav chauhan. i m from ferozpur jhirka(mewat). maine 5 month pahle ek htc ka wildfire s mobile liya tha. jo ki 1 mahine ke baad khrab ho gya tha . mai usko leker sec. 14 mai redingtton htc center mai use thik kerwane k liye gya tha or unhone mujhse bola ki sir aapka mobile 15 din baad repair hoker aayega. jub mai waha per 15 din baad gya or apne mobile ko cheak kiya to mobile mai wahi same problem thi . jub maine unse dobara sikayat ki to unhone mujhe phir 20 din baad bulaya.
