i had bought a "KARBONN SMART TAB 1" on june 7 2012 for rs7500, on the very next day of my purchase it got defected... i go to the shopkeeper "BHARAT MOBILE" orbit mall a.b road indore, the shopkeeper refuse to refund me the money as per my deman.On that he sent me to the SERVICE CENTER from where there manager changed me the peice. In next 4 same problem again occured with the tablet they changed me 5tablets in 4 days but dint refund my money.

I would like to inform you that i have been a client of state bank of India credit cards since 4- 5 years and i have regularly been making payments ,

i came to know that there is a facility of giving EMI of total outstanding yearly ,

i have applied for closing of cards and converting it in to EMi and have made payment of minimum dues too, even then my request is no0t paid attention and overlimit/late payment charges are being put for last 3 months ,

i have forgot my apple ipad 2 in flight 9w 2383 seat no . 10 f of jet airways from mumbai to indore via aurangabad yesterday that is 3/07/2012 and have contacted the airline staff also after but not getting it please help me ...i ned my ipad 2 back have called indore airport and other people also

I had purchased a farmhouse of size 6000 sq. ft. with total cost of Rs. 7.5 Lakh in Feb. 2011.
The Sale Agreement as made in Feb. 11 and I had paid around Rs. 5 Lakh at that time & it was mentioned in Agreement that remaining amount 2.5 Lakh shall be paid within 06 months. However there was no condition mentioned that in the event of failure, Seller has any right to do with property.
Subsequently I could not able to pay remaining amount within 6 months because of some personal problem.

I had a horrible experience with Hundai I20 first servicing at Kasliwal Indore. The service manager was very rude and didn't have manner to talk to customers. Almost people were talking about the bad behavior of Yadav who was service manager of Hundai Indore. If such Gundasim persist at Indore then people will choose other options to purchase vehicles. Service which was done was also not upto mark. Mud and cowdung still pasted on my car body despite of their claim for servicing. This man needs to be punished.
