Sir i bought micromax canvas hd and its really very bad phone
And when i went to service center they said the will change battery after one week
Also they are cheating with everyone who is illiterate

Sir,
I have made a purchase vide order no 7000018942 on 2.1.13 for 1 kg of dabur honey,which is still undelivered.

I have made several mails amd made several calls to them.They assure for an early delivery but have failed so far.

They have created complaint nos also but failed in delivery.they have same answer repeated that the vendor is short of item.How can one be short for dabur honey.

Kindly help me to get order completed at the eariest.

ac not working totaly & local dealer not attending properly

our bank branch were equipped with 5 split ac voltas split ac voltas vertis.THEY ALL NEVER WORKED
PROPERLY AND TOGETHER.Numerously the complaint were lodged with the local dealer and supplier

Free Service not provided

I had purchased a Window AC (Hitachi 1.5 Kaze on 13.06.2011 Invoice no. 1114. from your authorized dealer M/S Sarraf Coolings Pvt. Ltd., Sarojini Nagar, Kanpur (Contact 0512-2215104).
For third free service, I had made a request on 11.06.2012 ( Complain no. 3836 dated 11.06.12 ). Since then, I have made many calls to their representative but the service is not yet provided after a lapse of nearly a month. Your representative has repeatedly been giving false promises to send the serviceman in a day or two.

Idea Cellular harassing by keep sending bills after connection surrender

I surrendered my connection with your office at kanpur (Ms.Chanchal Singh) on 07/03/12. The total bill at that time was below Rs.100/-, i m sure. Accordingly you should have refunded me more amount than you have returned me i.e. Rs.214/-.

You continued sending me your monthly bill even after my surrendering connection and your marketing persons continued disturbing me day and night for paying the current month bill. You did not stop sending me bills for about 2/3 times. This was not nice on your part.

We have buy Four Air Conditions of your company thinking that the service quality of this company is much better than the others, but now unfortunately we feels that this was our big mistake. Your Indian customer care executives, dealers and there services are too much poor and of third class quality. They have only a single motto i.e. doing business & earn money, they have no issue with customer satisfaction.

Usha Brita RO is not working I have filed complaint so many times but its employee did not rectified it properly and now they are refusing to solve the problem.

Very Poor Average by Ford Figo

Bought the petrol figo exi on 15th march 2012 from m/s.Swarn cars pvt ltd ( swarn ford )
G t road near jareeb chowki kanpur. Till today i drove the car in normal traffic ( self drive only ) & this car is giving me an average of approx. 8 k.M. Per liter only. It has run 720 km till date . The dealer machanic/supervisor has told me that the average will improve after first service. It is very shocking that a new car is giving this much bad average.
