I have booked complaint at around 5 months back regarding problem in food processor to bajaj customer care. I have contacted many times to Jharsuguda-ORISSA coordinator Mr Sujit Behera. Many months he was giving me assurance about sending service man but it was only verbal commitment. Finally he told me that there is no response from head office regarding spares and suggested me to contact directly to head office. One day I got surprise message that my complaint is attended & rectified.
