Bank of Baroda (BoB), third largest bank in India’s was come in focus in the year 1908 in Baroda. It has a total around of 3,409 branches and offices and about 1,657 ATMs currently. The bank has 78 branches abroad at the end of August 2010, and by the end of Fiscal year 2011 this number climbed to 90. It has plan to open 400 new branches overall the network in the coming year. The bank was “nationalized” by government of India by merging 13 other major commercial banks in it on 19 July 1969. It provides the various financial services and banking products to its retail and corporate customers. The major financial centers of BOB are London, Dubai, New York, and Hong Kong.
The Bank had provided Debit Cards technology in UK IN 2002, is now enhance into VISA Classic Chip and PIN Debit Card.
