blackberry q5 is not working

i have purchaged a blackberry Q5 in October 2014. i it was touch screen problem . touch was not working been to your partner touch(Hcl ) and its third times issue is the same. and the best part is your partner touch has told to wait for 30 minutes and they said you have to pay 275 as device opening charge, it was socking i dont trust your partner . i thought its good brand but after this exp i thing that was my mistake and wrong trust on black berry.

I PURCHASED THIS BRAND NEW BLACKBERRY Q5 MODEL FOR RS.18,000/- IN OCTOBER 2014, SINCE THEN IM FACING PROBLEMS REGULARLY.

MANY TIMES HAVE PERSONALLY VISITED THE SERVICE CENTRE & AFTER WEEKS OF WAITING RECEIVED THE PHONE WHICH AGAIN SHOWED "SIM CARD NOT DETECTED".

IM SO FRUSTRATED THAT NOW IM USING A NOKIA BASIC HANDSET AS AGAIN THE BRAND NEW BLACKBERRY Q5 MODEL IS SHOWING "SIM CARD NOT DETECTED".

KINDLY HELP ME BY GETTING MY PHONE REPLACED WITH A WORKING MODEL.

BlackBerry z10

hello sir,

my BlackBerry z10 is not working properly ,from few
days back I m getting a problem that, while using phone it
display got blurr and thereafter the phone automatically switch
off,i had also updated it to latest 10.3 version but the problem
still exist..nd it heats very much and also when the battery level is below 50% it automatically switches off..

my handset was working in a very good condition yet. but all of a sudden it stop taking the charge. i tried all the way by taking the battery out and restart, leaving it on charge for the whole day but nothing worked out. finally gave it to service centre for which i received WO No : CBE/BB/14/01729 .dated 19-may-2014.

This mail is to complain you regarding one of your Blackberry Expert Center based in Sec -2 Noida, Near Nirula’s.
The people out there are truly unresponsive, manner less and non-professionals. They don’t know how to deal with customers and how to speak to the customers.
Even the manager of the service center doesn’t have a basic sense of how to deal with the customer.

Blackberry Mobile means obstcale in life

I have an blackberry handset Curve 9360 IMEI no 358921040857315. This hand set always get down automatically and leave the network. Using this handset becomes a big difficulty for me. Due to this network issue i missed my important phone calls on daily basis. Other person on same location with same network enjoy their calls (because they have other than blackberry handset) but my handset gets down and searching for network. In starting i though there may be network issue so i shifted to vodafone from airtel, but same issue found.

I bought my Blackberry curve 9320 in May last year via flipkart.com.

For the last 2 months, I have been facing issues with my phone as it suddenly shuts down or battery gets fully discharged. I need to completely dismantle the rear cover, battery etc and connect again for the phone to respond.

Hi ! I have recently bought a new BLACKBERRY CURVE 9220.I am not having an internet connection on my phone. As for starters I am trying to install an English dictionary to my phone but every time I download an English dictionary software on my PC and try to install it on my phone it gives JAVA 404 error.Also lately whenever I try t insert my headphones to my handset it automatically starts performing voice call which hinders the music i am listening to.Please help.
