The business of power distribution was transferred to BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL) and BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL) in 2002. BSES Yamuna Power Limited is distributing power in 200 sq kms area covering population density about 6000 per km. BSES Rajdhani Power Limited spread power in 750 sq km area covering population density more then 2190 per sq km. it s17 lakh customers are customer spread in 20 district South and West area including Nehru Place, Vasant Kunj, Saket, Nizamuddin, Sarita Vihar, Hauz Khas, Janakpuri, Najafgargh, Nangloi, R K Puram, Tagore garden, Palam and Dwarka.

Sir,

We the residents of Vipin Garden near Dwarka Mor are facing the power cuts daily ranging from3-4 hours every day and night.The situation is so grim that we cannot focus well on over day to day activities due to supply of power.All the night we have to remain with power supply.Please do some thing so that we the residents of Vipin Garden,Kashmiri Gali,near Dwarka Mor Metro station to live normally as we pay hefty bills every month.

Jutified distribution of available power equitably

Sir, In case of shortage in availability of electrical power regulatory authorities must ensure that at least 2 KW per family or 5 KW per connection should be ensured to all. Suitable equipments to ensure the same by installing MCCB should be considered. Load shedding may be done for big consumers only by some equitable basis.

No Electricity supply in Entire block in night regularly

no electric supply given to all blocks in night daily starting from 10.00 pm to 5.00 am in the morning daily.
Many times complaint registered , but no response.
Many times called to customer care, but no response & in night customer care number is not reachable.
this problem is faced in OKHLA, G-Block near jamia nagar.

Please see this problem seriously.
Take some neccessary action regarding this.
