HOAX ICICI PRU CUSTOMER CARE PHONE NUMBER

The number provided by the icici pru page seems to be a hoax as there is no option in the IVR menu to speak with the agent though they show the time as 9-9. i tired several times and at the end end up giving hope was about to invest in ICICI fund again but hope it is th ebad customer service they have given gives me a pain..

Dell Adaptor Warranty Issues

HI Sir,

I had purchased a DELL adaptor slim 90 Watt from flipkart.com, which offers a 1 year warranty on the product directly from DELL. Recently, the jack of the adaptor ( connecting the adaptor to the laptop) has been behaving strangely. I have to wriggle the cord to get the charger to supply to the laptop uninterrupted. I called up DELL customer care to inform them of the issue.

Using sub-standard quality material for laptops

while doing market survey for the purchase of laptop for my son, and Engg. student, I learned from the market that you are negotating the quality of materials like hinges, body etc and hardware heavily and giving the customer a little price cut. Changing laptop every now and then is not possible for common man, who is your majority customer, and you are putting them in great financial trouble.
