I have lodged complain 6 months ago but no response. When we call service centre on this no. 06123940404, 06123269653 then they always say that they will come tomorrow and will do the repairing. But till today that day has not come. Today I called Mr. Deepak in Patna and he said that tomorrow he will repair my A/C, but I dont know tomorrow will come or not.I hope you can understand my situation.

I Bought an air conditioner on 21.4.2011 which was deliver without remote.In this regarded i have
contact with Ambarish Sengupta, Branch Service Manger,Electrolux,kolkata.(whom phone no.919748793245),
on several times but no action taken recently be have not received my phone.

I bought a refrigerator in 2007 its a double door model,Since few days its upper freezer is working only its lower fridge is not working

After repeated calls made to Eletrolux service care people, complaints were made, customer care care people came to repair our referigerator, after two-three repairs our referigerator worked for 1-2 weeks and then again got out of order. i paid more then 2-3 thousands for these repairs. No one is taking responsibility for this product which i bought for 30M four years back.

I have sought servicing on chargeable basis and was given complaint no. twice Which are as under:
EKOL0206120087/EKOL0806120120 last on 8th june 2012. But till today (26/06/12) nobody has come for the service. Can anybody help me?

My Double door AC has completely stopped working. In last 5 days, I called Axim Electronics in Kolkata for 15 times and wrote 5 emails to the customnercare id of electrolux. Engineers visited and said gas has leked and need to carry to their service centre. Till now thye have not picked up, God knows when they would do so and deliver back.... The lady (Mithu Barua) and T.Roy in store are the worst ever executives I ever dealt with.

Our Electrolux Refrigerator cooling system is not working OR not freezing. Need a service engineer to attend to this problem asap.

I bought a AC from electrolux. its was under warranty as their was some issue with its compressor. we call a guy from service center to repair the same. The person from service centre came to our hom,e take out the compressor. now its more than one month he haven't came back, neither anyone from company reverted. earlier we try to contact that person but he told us that it will take time as compressor is out of stock, now his mobile is switch off & even we are not able to chase the company contact number....

Please help...

Our Electrolux Refrigerator requires Door Alignment. Need a service engineer to attend to this problem asap.

I put in a request with Electrolux customer service on 6th May 2012 regarding a problem with my washing machine (model: viva logic). A technician attended to the request and said that the spinning motor had a defect. He took the broken piece and left telling us that the new part which had to be shipped from Chennai will arrive in 3 days. It has been 21 days so far. There has been no attempt from electrolux to fix this part. The washing machine is still under warranty.
