Expedia - a fake travel agency

I had booked a hotel through Expedia.co.in online for a hotel in ooty by making full payment online by credit card. The booking was made on 23-April-2012. I received travel confirmation by mail on the same day for booking on 28-April-2012 till 1-may-2012.

Now, today on 27-April-2012, I called up hotel to re-confirm the reservation, to my shock, there was no reservation and neither any such information from EXPEDIA.

EXPEDIA gives API?

Incorrect ticket issuance

Incorrect flight booking done by Expedia, resulting in not reaching in time to Bangkok and wasting 4 hours at airport.also after lot of pleading we got booked on another flight resulting in lot of haresment b coz of Expedia not booking us in right flight and informing Thai airways about the same.
