However, the majority of their users are from tier 2 and tier 3 cities. They are not yet in the big league but will be there anytime soon.

I am very unhappy about refund of my tickets booked on Kingfisher airlines for my travel to Portblair from Chennai on 1st. and 6th December 2012. I want to know when will i recieve my payment back as license has been suspeneded of the airline and I infirmed Ibibo immediately. But from then onwards I have not received any reply from Ibibo. Now amazingly none of the Contact nos. are working. Anybody can try and see.

My PNR is PMQYDC for kingfisher airlines, its from Bangalore to Chandigarh on 14dec,2012.I want to know when will i recieve my payment back as license has been suspeneded of same airline.Please provide me the status,as i have booked my tickets from goibibo website.Yesterday i made a call to them, they advised me to book a new ticket , as the possibilty of again flying the same airline is negligble.

refund of cancelled air ticket

i booked a air ticket of go air by GO IBIBO from delhi to ranchi (17-06-12) and returning ticket from ranchi to delhi (21-06-12) these tickets was of 15759 rupees .but i cancelled a ticket of ranchi to delhi , this ticket was around 7500 so i should get refund around 6300 after the charge of cancellation but they refund only 2900 . i had complaint three time but there is no response at all and i spend around 300 rupees as phone charge to talk with the goibibo on this matter.

As i had booked the ticket of JET LITE when the price was Rs 3028+100 (Fee) and was getting a discount if the payment is made through ICICI and if the ticket is booked through sit www.goibibo.com for Rs 300/- by the promo code ICIGO600 offered by ICICI bank so the actual amount of the ticket should be Rs 2828 as was showing but to my surprise my account was debited to Rs 3501/-.

My friend Mr. Uppin booked me a flight ticket for the sector Banglore to Dehl on 10-April, but he failed to note PNR and I also not received any mail from goibibo to my mail ID. How can I get my PNR ?
