Haier fridge do not cool

Haier Fridge 340 liters model no. NGHRF 365GVF-LSCL serial no. BL0356E9M00P1B7X0080 - was bought on 27.11.11 i.e. 16 months back from Prithvi Electronics, Bhilai, vide bill no. 3566. It has not been cooling for past 1 month (i.e. from March'13). M/s. Core Service has changed compressor pump on 23.03.13 vide receipt no. 902 but it did not last more than a day. Compressor pump was changed again on 01.04.13. The complaint no. registered is RAI1303250024 dated 25.03.13. However, its not cooling effectively and not making ice and solidifying liquid packet e.g. milk in the top freezing chamber.

Refrigerator not replaced

I have purchased a fridge model of 350 litres for Rs 25000/- 2 months back from Kohinoor Electronics, Ghodbunder road, Thane.

The problem with the refrigerator is as follows:-
1. Frost-Free technology is not working.
2. Refrigerator is sweating which leads to problems in storage of food and perishable items.

The above problem started immediately from the date of purchase which is 20th June 2012.

I have complaint you that my FREEZER (HCF-230/345/460HT) has been not working since last Fifteen days we has been complaint 10-12 times From this mobile no.09210461596 and your freezer electronic was come to see that freezer and after seen he said your freezer compressor has not working it's fail and you was give us warranty 2 year's and our freezer 1 year is complete now so why you don't see our freezer and why don't it working properly .

Haier Washing Machine Non Functional even after Service

I have purchased a washing machine of haier company from krishna agency bhopal. This machine is under guarantee for motor replacement up to july 2012. Dryer of this machine get out of order in march 2012. We have made a complaint no. Bh0123170012 on 04/04/2012. Local service center of this company attended this machine and found that motor of dryer has to be replaced. They take this machine to workshop and returned back with assurance that motor has replaced and machine is ok. After that on first use dryer was not working .

I have purchased a fridge model no HRF 241_VX 230L 3 years back of witch door plastic panel and plastic self broken. complaint lodged with your authorised service station M/S WE CARE Banipark Jaipur 15 days back asured to replace within 5 days but no responce . please do the needfull urfently.

Haier Split A/C not functioning

I have a problem with split A/C and a complaint has been lodged on 3/7/2012 with the service center with the toll free number. Compliant No.VIJ 126030004. Enguired on 5/7/2012 and was informed that it will take 72 hours. Again contacted the service center on 8/7/2012 and the concerned said that the matter will be immediately attended and they have taken a serious note of non compliance by the Kakinada service point. Nothing happened. On 12th there is a call from the Kakinada service point asking whether any compliant has been lodged.

do mahine bad hi led me problem shuru hui.maine march me haier co. me complent launch
ki company se 15 din ki panel replacement commitement milne kbad haier co. ko kahi bar
reminder dene kbad after 2 months co.ka technician ne complent dated 01/06/2012
ko atend ki but problem sudharne ki bajay led tv dead kar ke next day 10a.m ko aane ka
commitement kar ke gaya but ab technician mera con. receved nahi kar raha hai. haier co. se bat karne kbad

Refrigerator bought from Haier is defective n stops working which has caused loses of rs 50,000 to me

I hv bought a Haier Refrigerator model hr62hp on 15 dec 2011. In last 6 months the refrigerator has stopped working 4 times. Initially some welding was done n last time in April 2012 and the coil was changed.

However today again the fridge is not working. I am a doctor and I store vaccines in the fridge.
I have had a loss of 50,000 rupees as the fridge stops working and the vaccines get spoilt.
Kindly Plz settle my problem..

Problem in New Refrigerator

I have purchased the New refrigerator of HAIER make from MANJEET ELECTRONICS RUDRAPUR UTTARAKHAND-263153 But only after 6 months of its running the Cooling Coil of the refrigerator gets damaged & its Leak due to which commpressor is out of order now.
For this problem we have communicated several times to the Service engineer of haier in our Zone i.e. Mr.Bohra & dealer Manjeet Electronics but getting no response at all causing lots of inconvenience from a long time with the increasing Temperature outside.
