Since the last 3 days there have been several calls from the number 91933011267 belonging to an executive of hdfc bank by the name of Adi Khan (identifying himself as "Collection Manager" of your Rajarhat, Kolkata Branch) on my phone number. Adi Khan referred that the phone is also used by his junior by the name of Chandrabhusan.

Infact there were about 20 calls between 12.57 PM to 1. 17 PM on Saturday, Dec 15 using highly abusive language.

There have been calls from other numbers of the bank as well: 66223700/66223800

DENON AVR 1312 XP is showing SETUP LOCKED

DENON AVR 1312 XP is showing SETUP LOCK. How to unlock the same. Since its locked the volume is touching only -20, its not going further. Any settings we try, system is showing SETUP LOCK.

Appreciate to help.

HDFC deliberately allowed a fraudulent transaction to go through

I bought a product online through HCG Ultra drop which is a fraudulent company and paid Rs. 10,000 via my HDFC credit card on a Sunday. On Monday morning I realized that the company was fraudulent and there was no product that got delivered. I immediately lodged a complaint with HDFC Credit Cards department. They said that my account was debited but the the vendor's account was not credited yet. You won’t believe I spoke with at least 3 managers after putting a mammoth of effort and wasting at least 30 minutes of talk time on 'call waiting' and 'convincing' them not to go ahead with the credit as the vendor is a fraud. But they would not listen. They said they have to go ahead with the credit per the 'process'.

Hi,

I have taken HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD near about 1.9year back. they are taking auto payment charges against my credit card even though I have not resister for the same till date total amount came to 40000.I have several time contacted them and sent the mail but there was no reply. Till now am doing the follow up to come up from this problem. Last month I had commutation with Nagraj(he is handing my case From HDFC ). I have mention that we can meeting so that we will come up with some solution. But day pass he didn’t meet with me. And he sent notice to my room.

Rent for Locker

I have taken a locker(one) on rent. Today I received a message on my mobile that Rs 11,236 is debited from by SB Account towards Locker for 2012-13. I am surprised at the amount debited.

Pl let me know if the amount is genuine or mistakenly debited.

I need a home loan to buy an apartment in Gurgaon.

The apartment costs around Rs. 1.5 crore. I will be paying 50% upfront and require housing loan for rest of the amount (Rs. 750,000).
