Question on ICICI home loans

Dear Sir/Madam,

I took a home loan from ICICI bank of RS 26Lacs with ROI of 7.25% (variable) and tenure of 15 years. It got sanctioned in January 2005 and EMI started in March 2006. It is an NRI loan.The monthly EMI was 23k in the start.

i am pay regular emi,
but any problem i am miss 2 emi,
to bank se aadmi aa ke ghar pe jagda karte thay,or gadi bhi utha ke le gaye,
hamne jub 2 mahine ke bad pure emi bhar ke gadi lene gaye,to unho ne gadi bech di thi,

Please forward us the details for the amount of Rs.7,88,483/- received on 02.01.2012 through NEFT Mode to our ICICI Bank Limited, Kolkata Branch A/c Navayuga Engineering Company Limited CC A/c No.000651000177 from CITI Bank A/c UIIC Payments vide Transaction ID No.CITIN12156981808.

We could not trace the details pertaining to which the amount was credited to our Account.
Kindly provide us the complete details to enable us to account for the same.
