attended not yet for the instalation & demo

I purchased a washing machine from Alappat Supper Shoppe, Ernakulam on 07th March, 2013 and on the same day itself, we had logged our request and obtained the RNA number (130307032253). Till now ie, third day nobody attended or even called. Please note that yesterday when I called they said that the technician will call you with in 24 hours, today also when I called the same answer the technician will call you with in 24 hours. what Service is this/ this is not fair for a company like LG. We poor people bought the item by paying monthly EMI just to work it. What is this?

Which is the tallest and narrow refrigerator available in India . I have small kitchen so need a tall and refrigerator around 350l capacity.

problem of LG Refrigerator

i purchased Lg double door Refrigerator Model Gl 338 VE5 purchase date 22nd may 2011 from Reliance digital retail ltd , Ecil show room, Refrigerator is not same problem for three times with in 14 months. last two times the mechanic came and then said cooling gas problem the rectified it but same problem is repeating regularly
and we paid AMC also up to 22nd may 2016.

i have a lg refrigertator modal no GL-285FEG5(brought on 25/10/2011) . i have faced many problam from this product. in this refrigertator all vagitables are spoiled in 2 day. nd many problam faced.
