Loop Mobile is a private GSM service provider in India owned by the Khaitan Group. It currently operates in 9 circles out of the 22 telecom circles in India. The company was initially operating under the name of BPL Mobile since 1994, but after the expiry of its agreement with the BPL Group for using its brand name, it was rechristened Loop Mobile in March 2009.

Though the company operates as a mobile service provider, it has many first-to-its-credit value added services which are known for being extremely customer-friendly. It was the first of its kind to launch GPRS services and caller tunes in India.

Sir, I received a call on my mobile on 7th February by the number: +912267411200. It was Soniya from Loop Mobile as she told me, she said Loop Mobile offers on your Loop Mobile number a new card in which inter calling is free and some other beneficial services are there, you have to give your documents and pay hundred rupees to our Loop Mobile servicer who will reach you and collect these things. I accepted this offer and paid hundred rupees and documents to the person came to my home on Saturday 9th February.

Non- receipt of Talk time

On 11th July 2012 - Loop Mobile recharged made by Phone Banking against Cell No. 98211 96074 , vide SBI Bank, amount deducted from Bank vide Successful OxiTrans ID - 00619226901107201219- TID - 030176630644.

Though Rs. 50/- have been deducted from Bank Account but no Talk Time is provided by Telecom Co.

A lot of calls have been made & complaint registered with Company vide docket NO Sr- 1207145693 7.36 pm
Subsequently a lot of calls are made but no solution is provided by the Company.
