The company was founded in 2008 when M&M acquired the business assets of Kinetic Motor Company Ltd. (based in Pune). The company currently manufactures scooters and motorcycles for Indian market. In the year 2009-10, the company got Scooter of the Year Award for its new Scooter 'DURO'. The current company lineup comprises of the motorcycle Stallio and the scooters Duro, Duro DZ, Rodeo, Flyte and Kine.
