Zulaikha Motors - Velachary

We have purchased Mahindra XUV 500 on 17/10/12 at Zulaikha Motors - Velachary .and paid the Full amount on cash delivery.

Really we have experienced very bad and unsatisfied customer care from these people from particular dealer ( Zulaikha Motors - Velachary)

1) False promise are given while buying vehicle ( Unsatisfy )
2) Already one month completed but they did not refund my extra amount of 4500 rupees( Cheating ).

As a customer we think about only Genuine Mahindra company vehicle but these kind of people make us unhappy.

mahindra xuv500 unsafe to drive and to many problems

1-fixed a wire back seat which did not role forward for the passengers to get at the back seats.
2-change of motor on the driver side interlock system.
3-false door open sign appears sometimes.
4-gear shift from third to second makes a scary crackling noise.
5-right indicator does'nt turn off automatically when turned to the right.
6-for some reason the break disks are full of rust every morning i see them
7-now a new check engine yellow light also turned than i turn of the engine and restart it and the light was gone

Faulty Mahindra Rodeo scooter

The mahindra scooter (Rodeo) that i purchased on 6/10/2011from SBG MOTOR SERVICES(CHENNAI) started having technical breakdowns within just two weeks of its purchase. The bike came in with a faulty digital speedometer and a very tight kick start that cannot be kicked easily even by the Mahindra technicians. The handlebar and suspension rod in the front were not fitted properly in the new veicle due to which i met with a serious accident as the bike handle bar wriggled and shook while turning.

Non delivery of Bolero by Mahindra dealer

Dear sir/madam
I have booked a bolero di ac model at your authorized agency star automobiles mukhtiyarganj satna mp on 02.05.2012, but since now the vehicle has not been delivered to me. why, i don't know, while i deposited my booking amount rs. 25,000.00 at your authorized dealer's office on 02.05.2012 through receipt no. 6054. so please register my complaint through this mail and do needful at my best.

Repairing of petrol Renault Mahindra Logan

Servicing dept. of samarat motors are unable to fix the problem of fuel pump, ignition coil, and misc. since last one and half months. My car is stationary at home since one months also they have malpracticed by ch anging the ignit5ion coil of my car. several calls/personal visit to the service stn. regarding purchase of new fuel pump but no response from them, they are giving excuse of not getting response from Mahindra Logan.

I had an accident on 09/03/12. After which insurence was claimed and i was told that damage would be repaired within 1 month. since then I am running Mahindra and Mahindra workshop daily for the delevry of my vehicle Logan, Now 3 months have passed,still I have found my vehcle lying in the workshop yard without any work done.Inspite of my countinued complains no action has been taken till now becouse of which I am suffring due to absence of my vehcle for more then 3 months.

Huge delay and no response from SKS Bangalore Executives

Would like to raise a complaint against SKS Automobiles Bangalore. I had taken the delivery of XUV 5OO on Saturday 19th May 2012, and was confirmed by Sreedhar Balla SKS Team LEad Bannerghatta office, that I would be receiving Registration Number PLate on Monday.

After numerous follow ups on calls, SMS etc, I have still not received my number plate, its Friday 25th MAy 2012 today. Moreover the executive Sreedhar Balla is evasive and does not answer my calls.

Irresponsibility of Mahindra workshop (VVC, HYD)

i have given my verito(AP28TV6250) for first servicing on 9/4/2012, bcoz i have lost my service booklet i paid 650/- as refundable deposit & i requested the manager to get me the new one & as i get my new booklet i have to return the coupon & i will get the money back. I was following them for every 5 days regarding my new booklet, But till date(15/5/2012) i have not recieved it & on the same day i visited the workshop to know the status & iam shocked they did not even place my order & my car is ready for second service.....what i have to do?

Mahindra XUV 500 Failure to restart in journey

Mahindra New XUV 500 was takesn delivery from the showroom on 02.05.2012 & the necessary registration was on 02.05.12 , The vehicle was driven in the city & the same was taken on a long drive on 11.05.12.
After travelling a distance of 350 km the vehicle suddenly stopped and did not start. We had called up Mr.Hemanth of India Garage to rectify the problem with the known methods. In-spite of it did not start where in we were informed to call helpline who responded immediately and sent people from davanegere the nearest town to reach at 1.00 am on 12.05.12.

As mentioned above one year not completed from the parches date of vehicle.
On April 1st week my cars engine got heat up and I’ve rise complain on Toll free no.
As discussed with Care rep. next day they tow the car to your SATNA Authorized Service center.
