order no 5384508...delivered on 15-11-2012.The procedure to operate the machine is not known to us................frequently making calls to the customer care centre and the concerned are not at all responding in this regard.

I ordered a black coloured VOX ephone Model:VP4 after watching an ad (advertised on Amar Ujala Delhi Edition 10th November 2012) from naaptol.com. But on receiving the phone I found the colour of the phone to be white.Even after complaning to the naaptol customer care no one responded to the problem.
Also the bluetooth headset accessory with it is not fuctioning.
Another problem is that the advertisement shows that the M.R.P. of the phone is Rs.7499 and they are offering a discount of 60% and giving it on Rs.2999 but the label on the phone itself prints M.R.P. of Rs.3099.

sir i did a order no:5098660 vox v100 tab 5 oct and i recive on 12 oct i open the product but there r not many
function u post on the net and i can plug for rechrage it is very heatup like blast i can contact immidate
for truble but i m not stisfai for responce sir i m a sales men my monthly income is 8000/- i paid for tab
6300/- plz help me i want to replace the product and refund me after any courier chrages for my mistake
