I am Surendran Peethambaran, I purchased one product 1.5TB Prestige USB 2.0 Desktop Hard Drive/ Serial Number: TJAW31395C from Coimbra, Portugal with 3 years warranty. I purchased it on 08-November, 2009, but i started using it today, which is not working.
So what should I do to get it replaced or corrected.
