Pantel Tablet IS703c method of connecting to a computer

In my Pantel IS703c I am unable to connect to my computre,unable to open the notification detail page,after inserting USB cord to both end no response,pl.let me know the set up procedure.Thanks.

Poor product

The product reached iin April2012 with one year warranty.The speakrs stopped workin after few days and it hangs frquntly.The company does not reply for mails and also no response on phone helpline.Local customer care keeps phone off and shutter down.Wil you please help me to convey my concern to them?

How to use this thing?

I have received my pantel T-pad but can't understand how to operate it.It got fully charged but then a blank screen appeared.I somehow switched it on and it showed 0% battery and it does not unlock. When i finally unlocked it showed the panta visual guide but still nothing happened.The Android screen appears again and locks again.

regarding tablet pc problem

I have purchased this tablet from pantel technology which was received me on 11/06/2012 and the problem is that it is gating hang again-2 and the company company said about this product that it has 2GB internal memory and 256mb ram but I found that the internal storage is only 984MB and ram is 184MB I tried to contact many time by call and email but always busy and not replayed.
please help me on this matter.

Not delivered T-Pad IS701r

I had booked Penta T-pad IS701r in Feb and after two months i got mail by pantel Tech. stating that my T-Pad is ready for delivery and need to pay entire amount in nearest Punjab National Bank.
As above i payed rs.3525 on 18 may 2012 and rs.275 on 23 may 2012 in Punjab National Bank at Margao Goa and on 06 june i got mai of payment confirmation,from that day till date i had not recieved my t-pad.
So please let me inform When i will get my T-Pad IS 701R.
