Priya Village Roadshow (PVR) Cinemas is one of the largest exhibition companies in world. It was launched in 1995 as a joint venture between Village Road show Ltd. and Priya Exhibitors Pvt. Ltd. PVR (Priya Village Roadshow) cinema came in focus in India by establishing the 1st multiplex cinema in 1997 at New Delhi.

The company also operates film production business via PVR Pictures. Some of the movies co produced by PVR Pictures are "Taare Zameen Par", "Aisha", "Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na" etc and some of the movie distributed by PVR as "Ghajini", "Sarkar Raj", "Golmaal Returns", "Tum Mile and lot of. Currently it has covered 40 cinemas in India with 170 screen spread over more then 20 key cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Chennai, Lucknow, Allahabad, Raipur and more.

I had booked 6 movie tickets of cocktail for the 10:55pm show for 14th July at PVR naraina delhi through my hdfc debit card on 13th July 9:56 pm. The tickets were not booked but the payment was deducted.
Kindly help me get the refund of the deducted amount

I booked ticket on line movie tickets of Cocktail on 13th-Jul'12 for show 22:55 of same day.
I received the booking confirmation but I have not received any tickets, I tried to call helpline number but I failed to get any details. Transaction details mentioned below for reference.

I had booked movie tickets of Cocktail for the 4:40pm show for 13th july at PVR cinemas hyderabad through my hdfc debit card on 11th July 11:30pm. The tickets were not booked but the payment was deducted. Need my money back.

PVR Cinemas not refunding for failed Transaction

Dear PVR Team,
This is a very bad experience I have gone through for the first time in last 1 year of my online booking usage, I got my 2 tickets done on 01/06/2012 and tried doing payment by my HDFC credit card but the transcation was failed, again I tried and booked 2 tickets of Rowdy Rathore at PVR Mahagun,Ghaziabad for 09.55 pm show.
