i Purchased my mobile on 22-4-13 from Ebay powai mumbai and on 14-5-2013 i lost/stolen my mobile

need help from Samsung in order to track my mobile that they can easily do .but while i talk to the customer care they are denying to help saying we cannot help you out .

I submitted my samsung galaxy note N7000 to the samsung service centre for repairing charging socket.
and the workers there damaged my phone's screen, body n ring.
This is not bearable AND this wasn't expected from samsung. It's second time this is happening to me.

I have purchased a Samsung Double Door Referigerator, Model No.RT27YBUX1/XTL-FF/on 27th January,2010. Ltr 260.
After one year there were many problems in the fridge. Firstly the gas was leaked out. After
Few days compressor was squeezed in it and four times more the compressor was squeezed once
again. Again there was a problem when the fuse was blown out and the fuse was replaced in it,
Rella was also replaced in it.

I have purchase 46" LED on dated 10/11/2012. Before purchase I have checked what the offer is. Offer checked on Samsung customer care center. That time they asked offer is blue ray DVD player.
After purchase again they we have given this gifted after installation 20 days. After 30 days they have not given above gift. Also after installation they asked we send 51 DVD CD pack. This is valid gift on above led model.
Till today we have not received any gift. Also they are not response to me.
