I purchased a Washing Machine less than a year back and the digital panel of the machine has stopped working and needs to be replaced, The service provided is so bad, i have no clue what am i supposed to do now.

Dear Sir,

I would like to log a complait against your product ( siemens washing machinew we bought in 6.08.2011) from your authouised dealer Viveks in tambaram. There is a repeat issue coming up, even your team came and visited number of times. but they could not rectify the issue.

Greetings ! We have purchased fully automatic wasing machine of siemens... 12E360 on 1/10/2011.there is some fault occure in our machine ,technical person (vikram)visited to us nd said some part has to b replaced tht is under warrenty . I am very disappoint to say tht it's been more than 10days no action has been taken place.
