A month back,my car met with an accident ( hit by another car in the right front and back door area), Vision Skoda,kozhikode, Kerala had repaired it 2 weeks back under insurance coverage, that same day after the repair, noticed sound from the back side of the car(just like the clicking sound after the door closing in the central locking mode)I had called them and with in a day they took the car, but that day they told they need 2 days for finding the fault, so i kept the car again for 2 days but they couldn't find out the fault and couldn't repair, now they want me to keep it for 1 more day

Bad responsbility by Skoda Dealership

I bought a car before 3 months nd car meter reading is 6000km nd its clutch plate is broken nd its self starter is also loss nd whn ever we go to skoda dealer then he told us u pay for money for this.........but i dont under stand wht kind of cars they made which have no warranty for six month or 10000 km nd what kind of magnifacture they r doing..... plz do for such kind of situation

Turbo Failure in Skoda Laura

I have Skoda Laura having Reg No.(GJ 5 CK 7610) purchased from Torque Auto in Surat,Gujarat. While going to Ahmedabad just 30-35 kilometres away from Vadodra Suddenly my cars TURBO failed. I called up Torque Auto at Surat and told about the problem and he told to put the Car at Vadodra Skoda show-room. The service executive told that the TURBO of the car is failed and need to be replaced. He told me that no WARRANTY is passed by the Warranty Department. So please considered my complaint important and serious and please passed my TURBO in Warranty as fast as possible.

Need to confirm SKODA RAPID Fuel Injector is having some manufacturing defect?If yes whther the same is covered under warranty and what is the TAT and Cost of repair?

non satisfactory service

I had given my car for service in first week of March with complaint for noise in rear part of the vehicle. This complaint was made for the 3rd time in last 6 months but yet it was no cleared. few days after service there was a call from service centre wether satisfied or not by the service. When i told no and told about my complaint she told to send the vehicle againn on 10th of march. When my driver went to deliver the car he was there for 4 hrs from morning 10.30 am to 2.30 pm but nobody in the service station was ready to attend him or prepare the job card.
