TATA Sky offer broadcast satellite television service in India. The service offered by TATA Sky using MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 digital compression technology and transmitting INSAT 4A. Currently, it provide around of 200 channels and some interactive more. It is a joint venture of Tata Group and STAR Group having share of 60% and 30 % respectively. In 2008, Tata Sky offered Tata Sky+ (a Personal Video Recorder service) which allows 90 hours of recording in Set Top Box using MPEG-4. It also launched HD DVR Set Top Box with 500 GB hard-disk. Out of which 380 gb actually usable by customers, which is in Indian market as highest capacity recorder for customers.

Regarding non-compliance of request

Respected sir, i have repetedly requested TATA SKY to drop channel STAR SPORTS ONE since last one month but they are noy doing any thing about this. every time i call them new person is on the call and different people make differene argument and gives different reasons that why they cannot drop the same. so i request you to do something about the same.

signal problem since last 20 days ????

i have been recharge my set up boxe 4/04/2015 and next day there is not having any signal in my tata sky setup box after that i woul be registerd a complaine agaist signal problem in ashoka ( 8 complaines ) but there nothing any responce and also i called many times in your tata sky customer care numbor but he did not picked the phone.... so you can tell me what the hell is going on why did you not given a proper responce about that ?????
thats very poor exeperience over there i am very tired in tata sky customer servises.

Conned into half yearly subscription

After having recharged my subscription in a half yearly package, I find that at th and of the 4th month, I get a flash message stating due for recharge. On contacting the Customer service, am told that the recharge has been effected on a monthly basis. So I lose on the advantage of the half yearly package. My official complaint filed on 15th Jan '15 # 1-35569498841 has not been resolved and have been forced to recharge on 22nd Jan. So now I know my earlier complaint (loss of 2 months subscription) will never get resolved. Everytime I have got a call I to tell me that nothing can be done.

Bad experience of tata sky

kya koi aisa no. hai jis par customer apni complaint kar sake. meri complaint hai ki mai 220 ka monthly rechrge karwati hoon par hamesa balance amount show hota h or 450 tak payment karna padta h lasr time ek baar apke ek customer care no. par baat ho gayi thi to unhone 2 date batayi thi ki 30 oct. & 23 nov ko kuch pack h deactivate karwa dena ab jab call kar rahi hoon call disconnect ho raha h. do something need full other wise mai connection cut karwa doogi .


this is to inform you people dat my tata sky is nt working since day before yesterday and i had complaint regarding the same to customer care three times and no action is taken yet i kindly request plz get the problem fixed as soon as possible This kind of lose atitude cannot be tolerated, i want strict action to be taken against my complaint.

Re-location of home

I have moved home and I have called up Tata Sky customer service for the last 4 days now, however, they keep saying that a representative will visit you. I have recieved messages on my phone stating the time and date, however, they do not turn up. They keep saying another date of the visit. My subscriber ID is 1082202217. Kindly speed up the process.

Tata Sky HD Connection not made operational

I am AP Surej from Fort Kochi, Kerala. My Tata Sky ID 1031443037. This connection was discontinued for sometime because of Recharge problem. Tata Sky Customer Care Reps came to my home and persuaded me to revive the connection by offering an HD connection for Rs 990 and three months free viewing. accordingly, I paid Rs990. Next day a Tata Sky Rep reached my home with an HD set top box and connected it. However he could not make it operational due to some technical problem. He promised to come next day to rectify it, and not turned up till to date.

Recharge Not Yet Done

With reference to my Tata Sky ID 1037019393, I wish to inform you that, on 07.11.12 I had Subscribe (Supreme Sport Kit Pack) for the whole year i:e from 07.11.12 to 06.11.13 of Rs. 3080/- with monthly rental of Rs. 280/month prior 10 days earlier, I receive Message on 07.11.12 by 16:30 from Tata sky along with addition to my 10 days Rs. 3136/-.

Now from onwards the harassment, controversial statement and false committeement were started from Tata sky associates which are as follows:

Not getting TataSky and can not see television
