My 29" LED TV screen got damaged, when i contacted your service center they are giving estimation more than the current market price of the TV. Fully confused...please give suggestion

I had purchased a lcd tv Toshiba model no.19hv10ze on 08/04/12.but unfortunately the display destroyed with this period.as a customer more expect from a reputed company
but my cash nd time is waste.because there warranty period.i cannot go with them.

Toshiba - a wrong choice for me

I have purchased Toshiba LED Tv and wasted my money. I will not suggest to go for Toshiba as they dont provide any after sales services. we have to waste our time, money and energy behind them.

HUge delay in repair of Toshiba LCD Tv

I bought a Toshiba tv a a little less than a year back and within my warranty period my picture stopped coming. The technician visited and said some panel is spoilt and will have to be replaced and would be done under warranty. He also said this was a regular problem with all their tv's. It has been over a month but the panel has not been changed. What is the point of buying a product and within a year the product parts are unavailable with no sign of any respite in the near future.

Regarding Service

I purchase Toshiba Lcd Tv in Atpadi at Daunde distributor, His office location is opposite ATPADI BUS STAND. Atpadi, Dist-sangli, When I purchase LCD TV, Toshiba distributor told that He will fix that on wall in a week, I purchase LCD tv in DIWALI, & now almost Summer Completes, but till date my LCD TV not fix on wall. So kindly help me out to get rid of this problem.

not wall mounting

I have brought a LCD TV last friday. The shop from which i purchased informed me that the authorized person from the company will come to you within two working days. still no one has reached me in order to fix the wall mount for my TV.

Toshiba LCD tv not repaired for more than 6 months

My complaint no. 10420272. The complaint is more than six months old, there is no resolution to e problem. The picture panel is spoilt, The customer service team keep calling and saying they are looking into it but no solution so far. They have said the part is not available, so what is the customer supposed to do. The service is pathetic, they gave me the number of the regional service manager, but the number is either ringing or unavailable.

THIS IS REGARDING TOSHIBA TV – 32PB200 SERIAL NO : 4904550596920 WHICH WAS PURCHASED ON 20/01/2013 IN DUBAI AND BOUGHT TO BANGALORE ON 23/01/2013 . THERE IS A LINE OBSERVED ON THE SCREEN DURING THE USAGE OF THE TV.
AS PER THE INTERNATIONAL COMPANY WARRANTY REQUEST YOU TO DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST.

lcd tv pannel broken within warranty

I had purchased a Toshiba 19" lcd led tv [19HV10ZE] on 30/10/11 from capital electronics pvt. ltd [12 J L Nehru Road,PIN - 700013] ..... After it was started problem-ing I went to the capital electronics pvt. ltd they gave the number and told " get the hell out of here" i've complained to Toshiba [032612-584].... but later they told that it is invalid.....

i am ragisterd comp lend Toshiba care job. no. 080612-788 on date
06/Aug/2012 but till now date problem is not resolve so plz. requested for
your plz. refund my current value of LCD amount. many time contact Toshiba care hi some time hi is saying my lcd is replace,refund your amount and and replace your panel not Constantin on self comet.

No Action on Replacing nonworking Remote.

I have purchased a LCD from vijaysales Lajpat Nagar Delhi. However we were not using LCD remote as DISH TV remote is there. After some day Remote stop working so I registered a complaint with Toshiba customer care. Company technician came to my house afer 10 days and checked the remote there was some technical fault so he said that he will replace the remote.

Diffect in Pannel

I bought a LCD 32" TV , Toshiba make in 28 Apr 2012. My TV panel started displaying a line across the display. I complained in 08 April 2012 (complaint no. 060212-). Service engineer came, took photo of the panel and informed that we will replased the LCD but after same days they said that they will only changed panel but till now, we are in WAIT mode. I have followed up several times with service center but they book a new call without closing old call and no body giving me a satisfied anwser
Strangely, I found almost identical complaint in this forum as well.

Warranty Repalcement

My name is Bijo John, from Kerala. I had a Satellite C640 laptop having model number PSC2UG-007001 with serial number 6B050498Q. I purchased this laptop on 23 July 2011. So that means its still under warranty period. My laptop's screen has got a white patches on the right side display and also on the right side bottom corner color is changed to somewhat rose color. Today 2 June 2012 showed this complaint to one of the service center near to me (Kadavanthra , Kochin , Kerala ). The service person saying that the issue is due to that i am putting the laptop in a backpack bag.
