received 8 gb scan disk pen drive faulty

Dear Sir,

Friday (7/08/12) I received scan disk 8GB pendrive form online shopping tradus.in . order no.4095684 IBIBO(Tradus IN).
But when I recd it & go to my computer to check the pen drive, it shows faulty. not working .

i received massage from blue dart that i will receive my tradus order no.2586473 on or after 5-7-12but still i haven;t.blue dart awb is59016651083.kindly tell me the status of my order.
