Universal Sompo General Insurance is a joint venture of Sompo Japan Insurance Inc, Allahabad bank, Dabur Investments, Karnataka bank and Indian Overseas bank. Sompo Japan Insurance Inc has head office in Tokyo and has distribution channel with agents, brokers and by marketing promotion. It is capitalized with net share of Rs. 230 crores including share premium. USGI has all product line such as marine, general accident, motor, property and miscellaneous. At the end of 2009, it has net premium turnover of Rs. 30 crores. regarding non issue of renewed cards

I have an saving account in IOB at CGO complex in New Delhi, bearing ac/no. 34913. Only through this bank I opt for a health insurance which is continuing since last two years.I am having a horrible experience because of this bank. Normally what happens that any other institutions dealing in health insurance starts conveying you about the expiry of the your policy one months prior so that your amount may deducted timely and you get your renewed policy without any delay.

All paper sumbited date on 07-03-2011 but no responce to insurance company and no settlement
