We are using one USHA BRITA 'Waterguard RO Aquarius' model no ROS 2875.
The lever of the water tap has broken on 14/05/2013 and we have lodged a complaint immediately with the service franchise at Calcutta on the same day at the ph number 32932287.
We regret to inform that there is no action from them so far. To our utter surprise on calling them again today, we are told that the spares are not available?
I made several attempt to call the toll free no of customer care i.e. 1800110990 which was never available!!

I am using Usha Water Filter for last 6-7 years. The basic problem with the product is fast changing technology and the manufacturer have no intension to provide after sale service.
Since we have purchased it so we have to learn the ways to retain and use it properly.
We need to maintain it at our own by doing rutien servicing like cleaning it and keep it ready for use.
As far the cartridge availability is concern the cost is high but is available on . You may order on net and the same be delivered to your address.
I have a Usha Brita water purifier, which I bought in Kolkata. Now I have relocated to bangalore and here there are no customer care service of Usha available. I conatcted their customer care and they simply washed their hands of of it. the least that they could have done is to suggest somebody to do the servicing? They refused any help.

I have purchased a RO Filter. Though i had many options i went for USHA, since it is an Indian Company and JV with a German company Brita. The product name is USHA - Brita RO OPTIMA. Initially they said every 3 months a person from USHA-Brita will come for service for 1 year. But it is almost 7 months completed, the service person is not coming for regular services even after repeated calls. Even the Toll Free No. 1800 - 110 - 990 is not working for most of times in a day. Finally a person attended a call in the toll free no.
