about 3g mobile tower installation

I've read the advertisement in news paper about land required for installing mobile tower. I called to number which was given i.e 09971273660.she gets my address through sms and told that they are surveying my land via gps/gprs.After some time she told that company name is vodafone which is going to install tower in my land & further she told me to deposit Rs 5500 for booking and processing charges in state bank of india.and after depositing money they will send people for further process..

Payment Issue

Hi , we are Vodafone Corporate user but as we are not satisfied with the Vodafone service.the issue is we have received the bill of month Jan 2013 amount was 2554 /- for my Vodafone nine number we have done payment on 16/02/2013 by Chq. i have deposited the chq in my near by Vodafone store and is been cleared by my bank account on 18/02/2013 as the due date was 19/02/2013.but the matter is that the Vodafone say's that they have not recived the payment from our side.

i have been charged Rs. 50,441/- for internet usage. In fact, im confident that usage of 5 GB hasn't been done by me. i have contacted vodafone regarding this issue, i have visited their stores, contacted them through E-mail. They have responded to me but only said that i have been correctly billed. i refuse to believe so. I have contacted Ms. Suchita Baria through email & Mr. Gaurav Desai through Phone.
