I Brought Two window 1.5ton Voltas AC in 2009 but both are not working from starting i have loss of 44000 neither dealer nor voltas management is hearing my problem even after compressor changing my problem is still pending from 4 years, They are Indias Worst Company with Careless employee they are only earning money from outsourcing final units from local manufacturer and selling with their brand with compromising with Quality,they are not maintaining the Brand name only increasing corruption in their business,while parallarrly i brought Panasonic Split AC which is normally working and n

Our A.C. has not doing working well because the compressure is damaged. I have faced problem from atleast one week. And no action has been taken from any dealer or you can say that any supplier. So plz it's my humble request from you that take action for this problem. And main thing is we have registered many compliants but no action has been be taken.

I booked my ac complaint on 18th june. The complaint no. Is 12ju1800851. No response to the said complaint and no service person has come to solve my problem.

My AC is in service contract. No body visiting for servicing as well renewal of service contract.

Just 7days before that is on 10th June I purchased an AC from KBM electronics in Mayur Vihar Ph- 1 of a netcase of total Rs. 19,500 from Voltas but within 2-3 days it started giving a very bad smell. And there was no cooling at all, I informed about it to the shop and also to the Voltas service centre. Before the service centre men came today in the morning, a person named Suresh Mishra convinced me by telling that they would exchange the AC machine but not the cover. At 12o’ clock, three people came with a very old AC and took the new one after installing the old one.

We have purchased a voltas 1.5 ton window ac, but since the day we have purchase, its compressor is not working properly. Whenever we start the ac, it drips the main fuse.
We have contacted the retailer many times but he clearly refuses to attwnd the complain saying that it is a matter which the company have to look after directly and he can't do anything.
So, you are kindly requested to send someone to look after the complain immediatly as we are facing a lot of inconvinience due to this.

I lodged a complainted regarding window AC malfunctioning on 21st may 2012, and the agency assured to rectified AC after 2 days, but i recieved my AC on 27th May 2012, and on installing the same i found that AC is not working, again i lodged a complaint on 29th May 2012, Voltas Guy came to pick my AC on 1st June 2012, again for the same problem and assured to return back on the very same day evening, but till today i.e 5th June 2012 i have not received my AC back..

I purchased Voltas Split AC from M/s. Reliance Digital, Anna Nagar, Chennai on 07 02 2012. After three months, only air was coming and it was not cooling. I made a complaint with so much of patience to their phone nos 18004254555 and 18002664555 ( as they are always engaged, we will not get these nos. easily ) on 17 05 2012. After that I followed it up continuously without any response. When I repeatedly tried they gave me the complaint no. second time as 12 MY 2206022 ( I did not not note down the complaint no. at the first instance.

I bought this 1.5 ton window AC of Voltas which started giving technical problems within 20 days of installation. To worsen things When the matter was reported to Service Centre, I was told to send the AC for repair while it is in Warranty period.

The staff of the service centre apart from being rude was also non responsive which speaks ill of the company that i trusted with my money. I would appreciate if someone from voltas can speak to me

Ref to Complaint No. 12AP2202158 dt. 22/04/2012 regarding leakage of Vertis Plus Split AC, Service Engineers from Powermat Electronics attend the complaint after 15 days i.e. on 06/05/2012 and charges 2250/- for gas filling. After five days water leakage problem again started and I contacted several times to Powermat Electronics, Sec-7 Rohini but every time they assure that they will attend the problem soon. Still no one come to attend the problem. Kindly look into matter seriously and solve it immediately.

Authorised service centre personnel from Rourkela (Odisha) attended the complain on non cooling. The service centre send one in-experienced person for the same, without checking the leakage, they filled up the Gas. On the very next day same problem occurred. The same person came and open entire inner component and at last he found nothing and told me to send the ac to their service centre. Based on their advice i send the AC.
