I BOOKED A MOBILE FROM THE NAPTOL AT 19 SEPTEMBER AND I GOT MOBILE AT 3 OCTOBER AND TOUC SCREEN OF THE STOPED WORKING IN THE DECEMBER MONTH, BUT I COMPLAINT IT TO NAPTOL AT 19 MARCH .THEY SAID THAT WARRANTY PERIOD IS OVER BUT THE FROM THE OCTOBER TO MARCH IT IS IN THE WARRANTY PERIOD.NOW WHERE SHOULD I GET SERVICE FOR THIS PRODUCT?

from puchage date to till date camcorde handicom does not working it is very bad. on booking order time service executives told very fine about the product but it is very poor. there is problem of memory card and battery as well button problem also so totaly loss no benefit

using from two month Some time NO touch screen not working.
Remove the from battery mobile or switch off moblie .
60 minits NO SERVICE FOR NETWORK What is the problem for
long time for NO NETWORK.AT TIME NO INCOMING CALL
AND OUT GOING CALLS

Mobile is not working properly. It is not charging. i purchase new one charger but not charging and i modify the earlier one this also same condition Some one called me on phone and told me the mobile phone will be replaced . But i am still waiting for my money or other one.I am preferred for money they are returning me or not i don't know..

Mobile is not working properly. It is not charging. Some one called me on phone and told me the mobile phone will be replaced . But no one turned up.

Freaquently this Company has been announcing in news Kannad news papaer "Vijaya Vani" for VOX Mobile handset for V810. Based on that i have ordered by phone and same thing despatched to me on 25.5.12 by Blue Dot Coureir. I have paid Rs.2999 as basic price and Rs.299 as courier charges. After this i have been trying to use. But it is not working. I have given complint to Customer care also, on 25.5.12 for no. 0922-3516148, they have committed to give feedback with in 48 hours, but nobody has given feedback. I don't want this Mobile hand set. This company is being cheating people.
