I BOOKED A MOBILE FROM THE NAPTOL AT 19 SEPTEMBER AND I GOT MOBILE AT 3 OCTOBER AND TOUC SCREEN OF THE STOPED WORKING IN THE DECEMBER MONTH, BUT I COMPLAINT IT TO NAPTOL AT 19 MARCH .THEY SAID THAT WARRANTY PERIOD IS OVER BUT THE FROM THE OCTOBER TO MARCH IT IS IN THE WARRANTY PERIOD.NOW WHERE SHOULD I GET SERVICE FOR THIS PRODUCT?

the wi-fi was connected but any other external modem were not connected how to connect them?

from puchage date to till date camcorde handicom does not working it is very bad. on booking order time service executives told very fine about the product but it is very poor. there is problem of memory card and battery as well button problem also so totaly loss no benefit
