At around 200, most desktop use hard disk of 2MB of buffer and seeing this Western Digital launched ATA hard disk with 8MB of buffer.

WD 1TB facing problem

hi i m Krishna. i bought this product on 21jan 2013 and with in 3 months im facing problem
when i m connecting my HD, my sys can detect it but i cant see the drive in MyComputer.
Please provide assistance and resolve this issue as its urgent......

Western Digital Hard Drive Service Issue

Hi Satish here, I have bought a western digital 500 gb my passport hard disk 6 months back, Now it is not working. three weeks back I gave a complaint in western digital through toll free no 18002005789. they registered my complaint and they said they replace with the new one if its really faulty. They sent a mail to my personal gmail stating the replacement of hard drive along with RMA number, But till now no one called me for replacement and I cant able to contact them in the above no, always it is switced off.Really a fraud company dont buy western digital...
