I called on a no. Which was written on service receipt of whirlpool as engg. From Whirlpool i asked him r u from whirlpool i want my ac to be repaired he said yes i m coming within hrs he came and checked ac nd said need to refill gas you pay advance 500 nd i ll come tommoror with equipments i said receipt then he replied that we provide at last nd this advance will be adjusted with final payment what should i do now he works in whirlpool nd is not repairing my ac

my freeze not cooling

I had purchased the refrigerator model Neo ichill Model no: 13732, serial no: INE122201647 on 30th Aug 2012.
Even after selecting the mode as “ LOW”, All the things I kept get frozen. I had registered a complaint on 7th September & engineer visited my house. As per him the temperature setting knob was fitted reversely, so all these days even after selecting as low temperature it was actually on high mode.

Whirlpool Refrigerator Warranty is a Fluke

We bought a Whirlpool refrigerator 2 years ago, now the Whirlpool refrigerator doesn't work any move, we called the whirlpool Customer care, they checked the refrigerator and said, "Gas need to be filled" it's a manufacturing defect, and the most shocking thing he added is, we got to pay 3000 bucks.

We still have 3 years warranty and the person who came to service is demanding 3000 rs, it is totally not fair, if it is a manufacturing defect, it is the company who has to tweak it. It's shocking that we customers have to pay for some glitch made by the company?

Dear sir,
My refrigerator is frost free in cooling coil is full of ice hence fan does not give any air to either freezer chamber nor refrigerator chamber. so spoils the material kept in side the fridge.Is there any solution?
It is whirlpool 410 liter professional model.
Kindly give the answer to save the material kept in the chembers.

I bought a double door refrigerator which are warranty of 7 years & from the month of february, 2012 got a fault in the refrigerator which are under warranty (not cooling) but service centre of dwarka, new delhi– they are not repairing it saying that we are trying but problem not traceable. (service centre name – dwarka, new delhi)…request u to please look into this matter & do the need full on top priority regds yogesh 09810820122

I wish to bring following points to your notice:
1. I had lodged my complaint of non working of my whirlpool refrigerator vide complaint no DN 0612000770 ON 8.6.12. on callcenter no 18601804558
2. Till date it has not been resolved and we continue to suffer in this hot summer temperature of 45 degrees due to the negligence and harassment by you dealer.
3.Are you checking how long your dealers are taking to service the customers/to solve the problem ?Is there no check on them?

what is the rest time for a double door refrigerator between two self run?

I have anwhirlpool double door refrigerator .I have noticed that the compressor is running almost 24 hours.
It rest hardly 10 minutes between two self off-on.Is it normal ? I have also noticed that air is fissing (coming)out from the upper chamber ;I can feel it when i place my fore finger in the intermediate space of upper door & lower door.Is there any problem in the insulating pad that is there around the upper door?Please guide me by providing answer.Thanks,with regards PANKAJ FROM WEST BENGAL

We purchased 130Ltr Refridgerator from True Link Enterprises (D-15, Mohan Singh Market , Sector-6, R.K.Puram on 8.8.2011.

After purchasing the same in the year 2011 it created problem in cooling within two month of purchase, we lodged our complaint and we are very thankful to your after sales service because they attended our complaint and resolved it.

I have taken a two year contract for my whirlpool 1.5 Ton A.C. from your Kolkata office. However I am not getting proper service from them. My A.C. broke down frequently but they repaired it on temporarily basis.I think there is major fault in my A.C. and in order to save money they are repairing it on temporary basis and waiting for my contract which is going to be expired on September,2012. I am a senior citizen and unable to bear such heat and humidity . I made a service call on 08.06.2012 ,however in spite of providing service in next 24 hours no one came to my house till date.

Whirlpool service - Fraudulent & lowest quality

I registered a complaint regarding low cooling with whirlpool cust care. Whirlpool's inexperienced and untrained technician came from Dwarka, Delhi service center and destroyed my working fridge. They are only trained to replace parts and not to get the item working. First one technician replaced the timer +2 parts for the defrost to start working. I asked him to confirm the settings so he wouldn’t have to come again. He assured me that there’ll be no complaint and took full payment.
