mene xolo q500 ips new mobile lia tha aj se 20 din phelle but karab ho gaya srif 7 din me, me dhusra holiday ki phelle he ghar jha chukka tha, phir aya Diwali pe ushe din gaya service center vah boli ki mobile phone ki under kha kohy part jaal gaya h aur ishki charges hogi 2200, but yeh ab bhi warranty me h, mene bas phone bhand kia phir chalu ker raha tha tab se nae hua aor on kerne me heat ho raha tha, aur ishme mere kia galti h, me llb student hu kaha se paise lao, yeh to galat baat h n 20 din me ish phone yeh halat ho gae phir kia hoga.

xolo q700s ringing volume is terribly low

I purchased a new xolo q700s online from snapdeal.com on the "6th of september 2014" and discovered that the ringing volume is terribly low. I cannot hear the phone from 6-7ft distance. for example, My wife had the phone in her purse who was riding pillion on my bike. I rang her phone to test, but she wasn't able to hear the ringtone. I feel I've been cheated. Please let me know your suggestions on how to proceed

XOLO mobile company cheating customers

I have purchased a XOLO mobile handset A1000 of Rs 15000 on 13th April from Sangeetha store in Meenakshi Mall, Bangalore. After 2 and a half months there are issues in mobile related to MIC (my voice not audible to 2nd person). I went to Sangeetha store to submit mobile and they told that you need to call customer care and they will send technical person to your place. After I called customer care they told me to go to one of the collection center in bangalore and you will get back in 5 working days.
