We are from France and we took a reservation of 5 months through the website http://airbnb.com
From the 17th march till 14th april we was in a big a nice room, as our room we had to have was occupied.
The 14th we had to change the room and we discovered our new room, really small etc... So we decided to change the place but Airbnb ask us to pay the 30 days after our cancellation.
But it is not our faults as we didnt knew before how was our room.
What can we do?
