concrete not hardened Sankar cement, Sankar cements Complaint

On 21.7.2012 I purchased 120 bags of Sankar cement from one of your whole sale dealers -K A TRADERS,Guruvayoor Road,Pattambi,Palakkad Dist,Kerala. My house first floor concreting was on 23.7.2012. The concreting of the first floor was under the supervision of the Engineer and it was completed by the end of the day.
After one week, to be precise, on the 31st of July, when I checked to see if the concreted part had hardened or not, I found to my dismay that a part of the concrete had not hardened at all. I immediately called the cement agent and informed them about this matter.
Later I was told by the Agents that they have forwarded my complaint to their concerned company officials. I contacted the Agent again this morning and was informed that the officials concerned were at some company meeting and hence they will only be able to come after a couple of days.
I then contacted a Mr. Unni Krishnan at Palakkad - mobile number - 9446573684. He too told me the same story.
I am very worried and will be until I receive a positive response from their side.
Kindly consider my complaint very seriously and take the necessary action with immediate effect.
