Dealy in Service Voltas Limited, A/C vertis plus Complaint

we have registered a compaint(12JL0505861) for volats AC on 5th July 2012. the service man has taken the AC 8 days late on 13th July and till date, they are not done with that..
Sir/Madam, we request you to take care of our complaint because more than 2 weeks have been passed, now even we are suspicious about intentions of your servicemen. It was not at all expected from the Voltas.
