Delay in accident Repair Trendy wheel pvt Ltd Kolhapur, Mahindra veriti / Accident repair Complaint

I am shrikrishna Joshi purchased verito on 13 March 2011 Because of the accident (dashed on back side by unkon vehicl when parked. for repair the car was given to Trendi wheels Kolhapur on 08/05/2012. till today (30/06/2012) there is no progress on the repair front of my car no MH 08 Z 1254. within this one month period My expection is to complete at least half of the total repair work. actual status is 1/4 work is also not complete . the reason from the reason getting from concerned person from this your authorised centre is getting as there are no availability of spare parts, we are not getting it. I am in urgent need of my car.

Now I am feeling I have made a mistake by purchasing mahindra verito car. If the Company empolyers have awareness about customers, It should not been happened. in respective of big or small customer.

I am sure , The MAhindra the big INdian automoboile company will definitely consider this seriously . and the employers never give chance to get blem to company.

I hope urgent action on my complaint and reply.
