hero honda glammour gear box plemrob Hero Honda, Hero Honda Glamour Complaint

HI Team,
I bought hero Honda Glamour in the month of April 2012 from srichandu motors, Bangalore, from day first onwards I had big problem with gear box making huge sound by changing the gear from 1st to 2nd from there to neutral, completed two servicing, reported to service executive so many times, still we didn’t get fruit full results from the show room. Pls help me rectify the problem.
