BELKIN N150 router Set up problem on Windows Belkin, Belkin N150 Wireless Router Problem

I have bought a BELKIN N 150 router recently, but i could not set up the CD in my PC. My Desktop having windows 7 starter, I want to know whether the CD is compatible with window 7 starter or not if not please forward me a guide line how to install the CD in my PC.
